The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing consulting services under the World Bank-financed “Zletovica Productivity through Irrigation and Renewable Energy Project (PIREP)”, in cooperation with PE HS Zletovica.

Objective of the Assignment
The assignment aims to review and update existing feasibility studies and prepare final detailed designs, technical documentation and bidding packages for Phase II Irrigation and Phase III Hydropower of the Zletovica Hydrosystem.
The services will include technical assessments, hydrological and hydraulic analyses, environmental and social considerations, economic and financial assessments, and preparation of construction-ready documentation and necessary permits.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Interested consulting firms should demonstrate relevant experience in irrigation, hydropower and multipurpose water infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, detailed designs and preparation of bidding documentation.
The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in English, in person, by mail or by e-mail, no later than Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 15:00 (Skopje local time).
