Today, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, Cvetan Tripunovski, was in Prilep where he was informed about the situation regarding the water pipe malfunction at the Sariha location.
“This is a serious issue with a pipeline of dimension Φ764 mm, where a 16-meter segment must be replaced. I am aware that the terrain is inaccessible and the work is complicated, but the malfunction will be repaired as quickly as possible,” emphasized the Minister.
Minister Tripunovski added that this system is crucial for farmers as it provides irrigation water for 200 hectares, of which 180 hectares are dedicated to tobacco. All necessary measures are already being taken for a swift resolution of the issue.
