Prevention of corruption

According to the Law on Whistleblower Protection ("Official Gazette of the RM" No. 196/16), a whistleblower makes a protected disclosure to the institution where there is suspicion or knowledge that a punishable offense has been committed, is being committed, or will be committed, or other illegal or impermissible conduct that harms or endangers the public interest. The whistleblower makes a protected internal disclosure orally on record or in writing to a person authorized by the head of the institution (authorized person for receiving disclosures from whistleblowers).

 

According to the Rulebook on Protected Internal Reporting in Public Sector Institutions ("Official Gazette of the RM" No. 46/16) and Decision No. 04-2770/1 dated 18.2.2022, the authorized person for receiving disclosures submitted for protected internal reporting in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management is designated as:
